Spreadable honey and hazelnut cream

Ingredients (for 250 g of spreadable cream):

• 150 g of honey (to taste, chestnut honey makes the recipe sweet but not cloying)
• 100 g of very finely grinded hazelnuts
• 2 spoonful of unsweetened cocoa powder

Mix all the ingredients well and keep the spreadable cream in a glass jar.
